I have questions about your products. Who can I contact?
The easiest way is to email us at info@chocolate-packaging.com and we will reply as soon as possible. You can also reach us by phone at +46 702 - 399 811 (we speak Swedish and English).
What is the delivery time?
If the items you ordered are in stock, your order usually leaves us within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Exceptions may occur during high order volumes and school holidays/vacations.
In a hurry? Please add a comment to your order or contact us. Most things can be arranged!
Made-to-order items (special assortment and temporarily out-of-stock products) are shipped within about 5 weeks, sometimes earlier depending on our order cycle with the factory. If you want a more exact estimate, feel free to contact us. For products with custom printing, the delivery time is slightly longer, around 6 weeks. Please note that deliveries outside Sweden require a few extra days to arrive.
Please note that delivery is made when all products in the order are in stock. If you want partial delivery of in-stock items, this can be arranged at an additional cost of the standard shipping fee.
Where do you deliver?
We ship orders within the Nordic countries and to almost every other EU countries. Please contact us for shipping fees if your country is not found in the available list in the checkout.
How much is the shipping fee?
The shipping fees are shown in the checkout. If you can't find you country in the list - feel free to contant us and we can add it. For deliveries to Norway (not part of the EU), the shipping cost is invoiced separately and is based on the totalt weight of the parcel.
Can I order by phone?
You are of course welcome to call us, but since we are not always available by phone, we prefer that you place your order via the website. This way, we can also ensure we get all the information needed and that the order is correct.
How can I pay?
For international customers can recommend payment via PayPal or prepay by invoice.
Are the products food-safe?
All our boxes in white, silver, glossy gold, natural, and PVC are fully food-safe according to current EU regulations and can be used for direct contact with food.
Our other boxes in various colors are also printed with approved ink but are not intended for direct contact with food. We therefore recommend using inserts, glassine cups, or similar to ensure maximum food safety.

Can't find the products you are looking for?
We can source many more products (both colors and shapes) than those shown in the webshop. If you miss something, please contact us and we will see what can be arranged.
My product was damaged during shipping when I picked it up. What should I do?
Always try to check the package carefully when you pick it up, and if you notice any damage, report it to the carrier immediately. If you have already taken it home, please contact our customer service and we will assist you.
